Sticky Genetics Shipping Policy

At Sticky Genetics, we aim to provide prompt and reliable shipping for all of our products.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.

Shipping Duration:

  • Once shipped, your seeds usually arrive within 3 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact us.

Reimbursement for Delays:

  • If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, we will work with you to offer reimbursement or an alternative resolution for the delayed service.

Shipping Rates & Weight Limits

Our standard shipping rate applies to orders weighing 16oz (1 lb) or less—the average weight limit for a typical seed package shipped via USPS First-Class.

If your order exceeds this weight limit due to the quantity or variety of seeds purchased, additional shipping charges may apply. Heavier orders may be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail or another suitable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery. In such cases, we will calculate the most cost-effective option and notify you of any additional charges before processing your shipment.

Tips to Avoid Extra Charges

To help keep shipping costs down:

  • Consider placing multiple smaller orders if you're ordering in bulk

  • Review your cart before checkout to estimate the total weight
